My husband and I own and run Jonah Mobile Home & RV Park Community in Mississippi. We tried spreadsheets, group texts, and software built for apartment complexes. None of it fit how a small park actually runs.

So I built DwelloHQ for our park first, and we still use it every week. Now I set it up for other owners who are tired of doing it the hard way.

Do I need to be good with tech?

No. We set up the website and the app for you. If you can send a text, you can use DwelloHQ.

I already have a website. Can I just use the app?

Yes. The App-only plan is $99/month. We can add a Resident login button to your current site.

How do residents pay rent?

Online through the app, by card or ACH. Cash and money orders get logged in the ledger, so every payment lives in one place. Payments run through Stripe, which charges a small processing fee. You choose: cover it yourself, or pass it to residents as a convenience fee, the same way most rent apps work.

How do residents report repairs?

They log into the app from your website and submit a request. You see it, assign it, and mark it done.

How long does setup take?

Your demo site in 2 business days, full setup within 1–2 weeks.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel the app anytime. Keep your website for $29/month hosting, or take it down.

Is this for big portfolios?
